Publication
Les résultats du " Ajaccio Consensus" sur le rôle du Stenting Carotidien seront publiés dans un numéro de Septembre de Vascular News et les résultats des autres Consensus dans le numéro 6 du Journal of CardioVascular Surgery.

Enregistrement
L’enregistrement sera ouvert au SOFITEL, le dimanche 4 Septembre dès 16 h.

Accréditation
Le CME "Committee of the European Board of Vascular Surgery" a accrédité l’AIWES de 17 points en 2009.

Inscription
Ne seront acceptées et enregistrées que les inscriptions reçues avant le 04/07/2011 (en fonction des disponibilités).

Annulation
Toute annulation d’inscription et d’hébergement intervenant entre le 01/08/2011 et le 15/08/2011 seront facturées à 50% du montant total.
Toute annulation d’inscription et d’hébergement intervenant entre le 16/08/2011 et le 04/09/2011 seront facturées à 100% du montant total.

Guidelines Consensuson defining the role of CAS will be reported in the Vascular News of September and the other consensus will be published in the issue 6 of the Journal of CardioVascular Surgery.

Registration
Registration will be held at the SOFITEL on Sunday September 04 from 4.00 p.m. on.

Accreditation
The CME Committee of the Europea Board of Vascular Surgery has approved the AIWES for 17 points in 2009.

Inscription
Will be accepted and recorded only inscriptions received before 04/07/11 (according to availabilities).

Cancellation
Any cancellation of inscription and lodging between the 01/08/11 and 15/08/11 will be invoiced 50% of total amount. Any cancellation of inscription and lodging between the 16/08/11 and 04/09/11 will be invoiced 100% of total amount.
