Un service gratuit permettra de rejoindre le lieu du symposium.

Publication
Les résultats du consensus seront publiés dans un numéro supplémentaire du Journal of CardioVascular Surgery.

Enregistrement
L’enregistrement sera ouvert au SOFITEL, le dimanche 22 juin dès 16 h.

Accréditation
Le CME "Committee of the European Board of Vascular Surgery" a accrédité l’AIWES de 17 points en 2007.

Inscription
Ne seront acceptées et enregistrées que les inscriptions reçues avant le 31/05/2008 (en fonction des disponibilités).

Annulation
Toute annulation d’inscription et d’hébergement intervenant entre le 22/05/2008 et le 07/06/2008 seront facturées à 50% du montant total.
Toute annulation d’inscription et d’hébergement intervenant entre le 07/06/2008 et le 22/06/2008 seront facturées à 100% du montant total.

Registration
Registration will be held at the SOFITEL on Sunday June 22 from 4.00 p.m. on.

Accreditation
The CME Committee of the Europea Board of Vascular Surgery has approved the AIWES for 17 points in 2007.

Inscription
Will be accepted and recorded only inscriptions received before 31/05/08 (according to availabilities).

Cancellation
Any cancellation of inscription and lodging between the 22/05/08 and 07/06/08 will be invoiced 50% of total amount. Any cancellation of inscription and lodging between the 07/06/08 and 22/06/08 will be invoiced 100% of total amount.
