The « CARPE DIEM Palazzu» is located in the village of Eccica-Surella (southern Corsica) deep in the heart of the “maquis”, the typical Corsican woodland. This prestigious mansion, built in the 18th century, has been restored to its former charm through a careful work which has preserved the quality and beauty of all the original building materials, that is to say earth, quicklime, stone, and wood.
